Cause 1. The oil path in the pump is not smooth or the oil in the pump is insufficient.

Solution: Check the condition of the oil circuit, please clean it if it is blocked. If the oil quantity is insufficient, please add the same type of high quality vacuum pump oil.

Cause 2. The temperature of the extracted gas is very high.

Solution: Appropriately reduce the temperature of the pumped gas or add a corresponding heat exchanger.

Reason 3. The combined gap is enlarged, and the extracted gas contains dust to cause abrasion to the vacuum pump.

The vacuum pump emits smoke or sprays oil. It is normal for smoke to appear when the vacuum pump is just starting to run. If you have been smoking, check the cause.

Solution: Smoke indicates the need for leak detection, including pipes, containers, valves, check replacement parts; fuel injection, check whether there are a lot of leaks outside the air inlet, run the pump and seal the air inlet, if there is a leak Fuel injection, if the exhaust valve is damaged, please replace it.
