The metallization process must perform the pretreatment of the substrate surface. The spraying environment of the metallization process should be higher than 5 degrees Celsius. If the air is humid, it must be carried out indoors. The thermal spraying is a manual operation, and has certain disadvantages compared with the vacuum coating by means of equipment plating.

When spraying, the substrate and the spray gun should be vertical, the angle should not be less than 45 degrees, and the maximum distance should not exceed 200mm.
The thickness of the spray coating should be well grasped. Generally, the thickness of the spray coating should be layered and sprayed. The temperature of the substrate should not exceed 100 degrees Celsius. The moving speed of the spray gun should be uniform. 300-400mm/s is preferred. Touch the sprayed surface.

The qualified metallization surface should be uniform and no bubble, no adhesion metal. The appearance of the inspection can use a magnifying glass. Not only the appearance quality should be qualified, but also the thickness of the coating should be qualified. If defects are found during the inspection, it should be re-plated. .
